A jalapeño (pronounced ha-lah-pen-yo) is a chili from Mexico and is a favorite in the southern US, especially in Texas and Southern California. We stuff them with mozzarella and bread ‘em with Japanese panko. Upon your order we fry ‘em until the cheese is melted and stretchy. Some people swear by them. Served with our own tartar sauce to cool the heat a bit.
